Extended Stay America Suites - Lubbock - Southwest

Hotel was great!! The people were very helpful and kind and even gave us a discount because of how bad Booking.com was!! Booking.com is the one I have the problem!! This company screwed us over!! I was charged $112 and did not get to use that reservation! so we had to pay again to actually stay!! I tried calling booking for help the first three times someone hung up on me. The next person I talked put me on hold and then never came back waited for almost 30 minutes. The next person was very rude and was no help at all!! and would not listen to my problem. She also hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to book anything.

The staff was very friendly and very professional the rooms are very spacious for our needs the beds are comfortable and if you ever need something the front desk was very helpful
